We've just received our first batch of Karasek Sound's Sitars & Tanpuras and I must say, they are very fine instruments indeed.

For those who are interested, please take a look for yourself:

YOWSAA...check these out, I'm a very happy owner of a KS sitar "Nevermore". It is one of the nicest sitars I've ever had the pleasure to play. Besides being very well made and finished the real story is in the design. TK has brought years of experience repairing, tweaking and analyzing instruments from the great builders and has applied that knowledge to his own line of instruments. KS sitars are outstanding instruments and IMO the value is incredible. Compare his Kharaj at $1,700 to any other sitar in its range. The value is unquestionable.

I'm not neutral I've been a client of Tony for 20+ years. Over that period I have purchased 3 tambouras, a dilruba, surbahar, oud, KS custom dotara and had him tweak and repair my sitars and tablas. He has always acted with an honesty and integrity that is unquestionable.

Oh yea while I am a partisan, I do not recieve any renumeration or discounts from T, I'm a satisfied customer and happy to call him friend.
