I'm pretty sure it's just a transcription error. Possibly the document was processed by software at some point. It is most likely supposed to be "dhingin" e.g. "dhinegene"

Actually "chhingin" is a new and fascinating but very complex tabla bol that produces a unique sound whose execution can only be done by ... by...

I think you're right ... a transcription error is the most likely explanation.
