The above folder contains a sound sample of my 1970s Hemen floral-carved sitar. The jawari has been set up halfway between the RS and NB styles, and the sitar has enormous amounts of sustain. I had originally posted this on the Buying and Selling forum, as indeed, I intend to sell this sitar, but then, many forumites who don't read that forum might still want to check out the sound! And yes, my sitar playing sucks - but I am not a sitar player. I simply could not find a decent enough player to record. Thanks.

It sounds great! And you're being way too modest about your sitarbazi, that was a very nice piece of Bihag.

Lovely short Bihag!!! We must meet up if you're in Delhi in January next year!!!

The other sample bit was playing too fast I think!! It DID sound a bit strange!
