Not sure if this neck is drastically bend. It is hard to see on those pictures. Maybe the plastic decorations are bad aligned. But not something drastic. And not all sitars have a perfectly aligned neck. What maker is that sitar?

Usually the neck is set at a slight angle, this is normal. I don't see anything wrong...

You can remove them, these look like they're glued on. Then shape them to blend into the angle of the neck if that's what you're after.

Sitars are masterpieces of imperfection. Little weirdnesses are perfectly normal. They are build by eye, so most have some bits that are slightly wonky. I don’t see anything in you picture to worry about.

All seems fine to me as I have sitars with these differing kinds of designs.
