After alot of looking, this is the "pure" version of Deepak in Poorvi. I listened to many versions and only one titled Depak is actually Deepak in Poorvi. It's by Pandit Rameneshriya Jha. But the music below is composed by me.

Rag deepak

Gat in teental

Notation explanation

_ = 1 full beat rest
/ = ½ a beat rest
Lower case letters are low octave (srgmpdn)
Capital letters are middle octave (SRGMPDN)
Black letters are upper octave (SRGMP)

If there are spaces between notes like this:

GMDNSNDN DMGMRSNS

There are no rests between these groups of notes. I wrote it like that so it’s a little easier to read.

If you see G_M then it just means one full beat of space between the notes and that each note is worth a full beat.

If two notes are beside each other like this, MMRSnS, this means that you play 2 notes in one beat.

Italicized notes mean you bend to that note from the previous note like this:

dPGRS

So you would meend to Ga from Da

Tuning notes

For Deepak, tune sitar to standard tuning.

The notes in Deepak are as follows:

Sa Re(komal) Ga Ma(tivra) Pa Da(komal) NI SA

So you’ll have to move some frets 

Performance note:

When coming from the low da going to the high Sa, slide the second da up to the Sa

d/d (slide) Sa Like a vocal slide
