Hi Guys,
I must admit the Pygmy is great fun. Just finished a solo album featuring the Pygmy on a couple of tracks, it's really good for Punjabi folk back (da ra da da ra da da ra). Because it has a flat fret board I can use a capo and therefore play in any key, it is true that you can perform Meend but I don't see it as a substitute to the sitar but a separate instrument.
