Are you asking about Dhammar tal for pakhawaj? If so, the basic theka is:

Ok, so the Punjabi Dhammar is for tabla and is not the same thing as dhammar tal for Pakhawaj. The punjabi dhammar tal is divided 3+4+3+4 and seems to be this:

Ta Dhin -Kra | Dhin Dhin DhaGe TiRaKiTa | DhinNa -Ta -Ka | Ta TiRaKiTa Ta TiRaKiTa |

(Courtney,Page 136).

It's a very cool sounding tal!
