In teental. With his Guru Pt. Gyan prakash Ghosh on harmonium. If the label is correct Pt. Anindo would have been 25 years old at the time of this performance.

I have a few unpublished Swapan Chaudhury and Anokhelal solo but those and many like those are very poorly recorded and really don't do justice to these great artists. Sorry. IMHO - the best full recording of Anokhelal is the one from Legendary Legacy.

Perhaps someone would double-check to see if Swapanada's "Soul of Tabla" 1993 Interworld is still in print and available?

I have a copy/copy of this from Latif Ahmed Khan, but it sounds horrible IMO. Khazana says, "Out-of-Print".

Also, if the Nizamuddin VHS is still in print and available? (It needs to be on DVD!!)

I feel like I'm behind the curve here ... I'm not following .... you have a "copy/copy of this" - what is the "this" you are referring to ? And what is it that you have from Latif Ahmed Khan? Are you referring to the late Ustad? .... sorry I'm totally confused ... maybe too much egg nog!

ok.... I get it now.... I'm replying to a post from years gone by! I didn't catch the date .... silly me!

By "this" you mean ... what?

The definite article seems to be dangling ....I can't figure it out ... or is it the egg nog again?

.... ok I think I just figured it out ... you must be looking for the rapidshare files which I've just discovered are no longer available.

Hello Pascal,

Sorry for the confusion. I was wondering if anyone has the files he posted earlier.

Thanks

I'm rather curious now as to what those files were. I can't seem to find anything in Anindoji's discography for 1979 that might correspond to what these files might be.

Perhaps a forum veteran will come to the rescue at some point!
