I've got "Golden Boy" as my current main sitar. Check it on my website "Karaseksound.com" in the custom pages. I'd named Pt. Ravi Shankars Rikhi Ram sitar "Little Red". That went over well. My tabla set is named "Boris and Natasha". Westone Rail Bass is named "Thumper". Sarangi is named "The Catbox". Come on over and meet the family !

Don't have a sitar, but noted recently Amjad Ali Khan named his favourite sarod "Ganga". Sad it was trashed by air transit.

I haven't actually named the really great Munda I got from Rajesh Sharma here in Varanasi but I always give it a kiss on the back of the 'neck' after I've played it. 8)
