Hi all,

I'd like to invite you all to a Hindustani sitar recital I will be giving at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, MA. I have the pleasure of being accompanied by a great young tabla player named Nitin Mitta. Nitinbhai has accompanied many famous artists and I feel honored to be playing with him. (For information about Nitin, please go to . In the photo section of his site, you can see a picture of me accompanying Peter Row on tanpura at a recital he gave with Nitinbhai at the Museum of Modern Art in NYC. I don't look quite so bushy anymore:-) ).

The recital will take place on Friday April 21st from 8-10pm in St. Botolph Hall, which is in the St. Botolph building. The location (and directions) of NEC can be found at The recital will be free, and open to the public. Samosas will be served. This may be the last recital that I give in Boston for a year or more so if you can, please do come!

Hope to see you there.
