Somebody plz help me identifying this raga.
It sounds a bit like Vrindavani Sarang but I am not able to recognize correctly.

Definitely not bindrabani sarang (the recording has both ghandar and dhevat)

Sounds a bit like khamaj?
I can't make out any characteristic phrases that would suggest jhinjoti and it has both nishaads :?

Let me say first that I'm completely out of my depths when it comes to identifying ragas (tabla being more my forte); however, while I don't think that it's rag Pahadi, it seems to me to have some occasional resemblances to it.

I'm leaning more towards Megh than Madhmad Sarang.

Some madhmad sarang to compare (halfway down the page: http://www.parrikar.org/hindustani/sarang/ )

Megh has same swaras but apparently different movements (please correct me if I am wrong)

I too considered the raga to be Megh but it is just the notes which match not the rasa or mood.
Then I thought that the artist has played Vrindavani Sarang without using shudh ni.
till now, I had never heard of raga Madhmad Sarang. The link which you have provided makes it clear that this one is madhmad sarang.

Thnx..
