Which bol?
The two I'm curious about are gen of kregen and gen of gente; if its interpreted as ge ne that makes kregen and gente triplets; which makes me think its just regular ge or a pressed ge. Probably written that way for pronunciation purposes.
Other than that the only problematic bol is kre which is a flam sort of stroke, ke then te often written as k're.
Seems to be a real finger twister, double ke's unexpected first finger te's. . .

I'd write it like this:
dha- k’rege -k’re gete
dhage tikre gena tete
k’reka tedha gek’re kete
dhage tikre kena tete

At first glance it was confusing to me but the first line is acting
like sitarkhani/bhajai so from hints in the third line look at the first line like this:
dhage k’rege tik’re gete

split at the fifth sylla(bol):
dhage k’rege ti / k’re gete

then swap:
k’rege tedha ge k’regete (so the ti can become te)

follow the khali rule to make it:
k’reke tedha gek’re kete

repeat second line and rinse.

To emphasize the dhage k’rege ti phrase
A mohra:
dha- k’rege -k’re gete
dhage tikre gena tete
gek’re geti dha- gek’re
geti dha - gek’re geti dha-

A tihai:
gek’re geti dha- gek’re geti dha (x3)
