I don't believe that that Hiren Roy is from the sixties. It looks a new model. Moreover, since when he started to use "Hiren Roy & sons"?

I think its this one, previously sold by Sitar Encat in Spain:

Which would explain the price, they have good stuff but expect good prices.

they claim to know the pedigree.

"Hiren Roy and Sons" is the is the most common labelling. others will know how far back that label goes.

Seems to match with the early 60s and 70s label. I'm no expert though, however, discussions pertaining to the authenticity of a badged Hiren Roy have sparked a number of feisty conflagrations here, though!
