Hello all, a few years ago I bought an Indian portable organ at a musical instrument auction and when I tried to play it I got a few wheezy sounds out of it so I put it to one side. Now, having retired and moved to the mountains of AndalucĂa, Spain, I intend to refurbish it.

Organ2.jpg  I made a new air inlet as the original was broken

inlet.jpg  and it's working a lot better. However I have to cover these Organ1.jpg  8 holes on the lid as otherwise the air escapes, is this correct? I can cover them with my hand but the videos I have seen show the bellows hand holding the top of the lid.
Also a few of the keys stick when pressed - any ideas of how to overcome this?
I would be very grateful for any advice as I would love to get the instrument working properly.
