Easter Weekend Bansuri Course 2011
Saturday 23 – Sunday 24 April 2011, 09:30 – 13:30 both days

The Asian Music Circuit (AMC) is delighted to present a weekend bansuri (Indian flute) course with Pandit Ronu Majumdar, one of India’s leading players. The course is open to all and we intend to welcome a whole range of musicians – absolute beginners, enthusiastic amateurs, emerging young artists, late-starters and professional players – all coming together to be inspired by music and the bansuri!

The mix of classes and group playing ensures that everyone has the freedom to experiment in a friendly atmosphere. Whether you are 16 or 60, a young professional, a teacher, an adult returning to the bansuri - or if you simply want to learn something new - join us for an amazing and stimulating weekend this Easter.

Fee: £30 (£25 conc.) per day or £50 (£40 conc.) for both days. You can hire a bansuri from us free of charge – please ask in advance. Alternatively, JAS Musicals (http://www.jas-musicals.com) stock a range of instruments.
