Here you go: http://raincitymusic.com/sitar-strings.htm

I would suggest the .012 coil from Mapes which is coated/tinned. You can also use Roslau which is not coated.

Thanks for the reply, I have those strings, but I think I have a different makers, I remember the owner selling them out as the maker stopped making strings anymore, how are the new strings compared to the old ones? or well the roslau compared to the tin ones? sound wise and durability

I ordered these
Roslau .012 steel coil 1/4 lb. - These ones are no longer made correct?
0.016 spring brass coil - These are amazingggg, they give such a warm sound, wish I could make more strings like this

Hi,
If you ordered from me I never received any info on it?
Roslau .012 is still made and widely available. So is spring brass although I don't normally carry that size as no one asks for it.

restringing a dilruba is time consuming probably more than sitar. so thats a factor
ive tried brass and rosleu and they both have nice tonal qualities but the drawback is they get spotty in less than 6 months and lose their resonance.
mapes i can leave on for 18 months and still get that fresh strings sound & Its alot cheaper than pyramid which is also tinned
