DHA GE TIN NA KE NA IN 3S AND 4S - this is very good practice in learning how to speed and then slow down and then speed up again in quick succession. This will start at 40 bpm and slowly increase to 150 bpm and then slow back down to 100 bpm over 20 minutes. It is best to first start by speaking the tabla bols out loud and see if you can keep up all the way to 150 bpm!!
