He discusses several styles, but I have not seen this Delhi style of playing terekita specifically for relas before. See video at about 1:25 into it.

Is any one familiar with this and/or has used this in their exercises?

more specifically I am familiar with this :

te ....... re ....... ki ........te
345 ...... 1 .......baya .... 345

but never have seen this fingering before:

345...... 345 ......1 ....... baya
