Our new album 'Rise of the Flowers' just got released on cassette tape by Burger Records! No classical sounds on this one but quite a diversity of sitar centered music never the less...

Cassette tape?

Wasn't aware they made those anymore. Why not a cd?

Hi OM GUY, the logistics of it are beyond me, but I know it's part nostalgia, part DIY sensibility. Cassettes are easy to use and make, cheap, and people like that analog sound. They made a good looking tape, 500 copies only, they pay me in tapes. They also handle digital distribution, and offer support for tours and some other stuff. I'm an old fogey, but Burger Records turned out to be a goldmine of street credibility for my band.
