Is it spelled Sin or shin? I need as much info on this Rag as possible. Notes used etc. as well as any online links to any sargams or gats etc.

Thanks!

As far as I know, there is no raga named sin/shin Bhairavi. I did not find any raga with this name in some of the popular indexes.
But maybe you are referring to the popular well-known Sindhu Bhairavi?
Bhatkhande mentions Sindh-Bhairavi and Sindhu-Bhairavi. This raga has Suddh Re. The other notes are komal. But some musicians use also komal Re.

Sindh-Bhairavi has both R and r and also d and D and sometimes N is also used in certain aroh phrases.

Here is a magical performance of it by PRS and AAK

There is also a much older version of this that is also great but I could not find a link.

This version by PNB is also wonderful

And a beautiful version by UVK
