Twas a dark and stormy night
Nary a single soul in sight
banging doors, shattering windows
The cat's eyes shining bright

Ghidnaga Nagatere Ghidnaga Terekete
Ghidnaga Takatere Kitetaka Terekete
Dha-d Dha-d Dha Dhinetag Dhinetag
Kattere Ketetake Tagadhin Terekete

Amazing, reminds me of jabberwocky!

Heres a followup:

A creak of the hinge, the door swings a hair
a formless rise by the bed
Shadowy fingers, long and bony
A choke, a strangle, a silent dead.

GaDhit ta dhinegine tagdhin dhanagene
Ghdanna dhanagene dhinegene dha
DhaTiRaKita Dha TiraKita TineKine, Ta tirakita tirakita dhinegine
Dhin Kda Dha Kda Dhin Dhin Dha

Super cool, Aadil.
a tihaii is a good idea as well ,rch.

There are occasions when I get to play before children; I should try these the next time.

Great job!
Aadil, the stroke Kda in the 4th line , is it the same as 'Khadonn' which is a loud flat slap ( Kha) on the Syahi of the baya together with forceful stroke with index+middle finger on the left corner of the Syahi on the daya? If played well on the halloween night , there would certainly be a strange knock on your front door, not by the ghost - but your neighbors!
